In 2006, we started our first air conditioning business on the Big Island, Hawaii Air Conditioning www.hawaiiairconditioning.com. We quickly grew our company by following some simple guidelines:
- Answer all phone calls and emails right away
- Return all calls ASAP when we can’t answer
- Show up to appointments on time and if we are late we always call
- Charge a responsible price for our installations
These guidelines have been instrumental in growing our Big Island business making us the #1 installer of residential and light commercial equipment on the island.
After a few years of successfully growing our business, in 2011 we opened Hawaii Fireplaces on the Big Island too. www.hawaiifireplaces.com. Again, we followed the same guidelines and have grown that business tremendously adding air conditioning installations to what we offer our customers.
